“Come follow Me,” said Jesus. And that is still His call today. Jesus calls people not simply to a religion, but to a relationship with Himself. We were created to be in a relationship with God. But when humanity chose to rebel against God, that relationship was broken, leaving us with a hopeless eternity. God chose to reconcile us to Himself - and He did that through His Son, Jesus. No amount of good deeds or religious works could ever bridge that gap. It was only through Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection that our forgiveness was secured and our relationship restored with our Creator. It’s up to us to choose to receive the gift of Jesus by faith and follow Him.

"Dear God, I know I am a sinner and my relationship with you is broken. I turn from my sins, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe that You loved me so much that You sent Jesus. I believe that He lived for me, died for my sins, and that You raised Him to life so that I may have eternal life in Him. Jesus, I ask You to come into my heart and take control of my life. I trust in You as my Savior and I choose to follow You as my Lord from this day forward. In Jesus' Name I pray, Amen."
